Is there a fallen hem in your favorite shirt? Did your blender stop working? Is your child's toy a little worse for the wear? Bring these items and more to a local Fix-It Clinic to learn how to fix your broken items from skilled volunteer coaches — for free!

While we can’t guarantee your item will be fixed, coaches will guide you through how the item works and what you may need for repair. Attendees are expected to actively participate and stay with their items during the repair process.

Reserve a time slot on EventBrite.

Can't make it to the clinic?

Drop off your broken item at the Carver Branch Library (1161 Angelina St.), May 10-16, and our volunteers will try to fix it for you. Then you can pick it up from the Carver Branch Library, May 20-25. We cannot guarantee that your item will be fixed, and items not picked up by closing time on May 25 will be donated. This program is first-come, first-served, and there are a limited number of drop-off slots available. A signed waiver is required to participate. No bikes or oversized items.

If you plan to drop off an item, you do not need to reserve a ticket on EventBrite.
