Join us for a Residential Environmental Inspection Brown Bag Lunch & Learn presentation from Amanda Wyrick, DSD Environmental Compliance Supervisor. Learn about the infill process from start to finish, including the following topics:
- Inspections for single-family and duplex dwellings.
- Inspections for accessory dwelling units.
- Erosion controls.
- Tree protection requirements.
- The compliance process.
This will be an interactive presentation with plenty of time for questions. Since the event is during the lunch hour, outside food and drinks are welcome and light snacks will be provided. The presentation will focus mainly on information that affects permit holders, but all interested Austin residents and anyone with a project that is subject to a residential environmental inspection are welcome to join.
